Eddie Howe’s side failed to win their most recent home game against Leeds United after falling to a 2-0 defeat against Arsenal. They did, however, earn a valuable point in a tense Premier League match at Elland Road over the weekend. Liverpool and Manchester United pounced on Newcastle’s slip to significantly close the gap.

Allan Saint-Maximin impressed as a substitute against Arsenal and Leeds. He’ll be a useful bench option alongside Elliot Anderson and Anthony Gordon, and what a time for him to score for the Frenchman after an injury-plagued season so far.

Jason Steele will start in goal. As a result of Adam Webster’s injury, Levi Colwill may once again partner with the towering Lewis Dunk in the center of defence.
