India appeared to be on the verge of another World Cup exit when they were four wickets down for 31 runs against Pakistan. A loss in the first game has a significant impact on the team’s performance in subsequent games.

Kohli did exactly what he does best. Complete games. That innings motivated everyone and had a significant impact on the other batters in the lineup. Except for KL Rahul, the rest of India’s top order performed admirably in the second match.

At the top, Rohit Sharma scored a fifty, as did Suryakumar Yadav at number four, but at a much faster rate. With Virat Kohli at number three, India’s lineup appears well-balanced and promises another high-intensity batting performance.

Arshdeep Singh

The left-arm pace bowler has had an outstanding start to his international career. Since making his debut in July, he has taken 24 wickets at an average of 18.54.

Anrich Nortje

On Thursday, the right-arm pace bowler dismissed both of Bangladesh’s openers and took the crucial wicket of Shakib Al Hasan. He’ll enjoy the pace of the Perth wicket.
